Minghsin University of Science and Technology has progressively built a complete semiconductor talent cultivation program, starting from the establishment of a "Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Production Line," the formation of the first "Semiconductor College" in the vocational system of Taiwan, and the launch of the first "Industry-Academia 2+2N Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Elite Program" in collaboration with the Industrial Development Bureau. It has also cooperated with the bureau to establish the first "Semiconductor Packaging Engineer Competency Assessment Center" in Taiwan and issued the first "Semiconductor Packaging Engineer License” at the end of 2021. Recently, the " Ph.D. Program in Semiconductor Technology " has been approved by the Ministry of Education (M.O.E.), marking an important milestone in the university's 56-year history. It represents Minghsin University of Science and Technology's dedication to higher education, continuous growth alongside the industry, and its steadfast commitment to vocational education as a means of cultivating talent for the nation.
