The curriculum offered at Hotel Management and Culinary Creativity Curriculum is designed specifically for students to develop his/her career towards hotel/hospitality industry. The core courses are required for all students and cover areas such as tourism, statistic, hospitality law, marketing, accounting, human resources management, financial management, and English and Japanese language learning. Elective courses include service management, wine appreciation, culinary arts, hotel development and planning, and marketing case study, just to name a few. Furthermore, students are required to complete one-year internship and acquire at least one skill or language certificate before graduation.

 

As far as the curriculum, three specific concentrations are offered. The first one is hotel management, including security management, customer service training, and chained hotel operations courses. The second one is food and beverage management, including food preparation, sanitization, Western and Chinese culinary arts, beverage management, and restaurant service courses. The last one is service management, including quality service management, stress management, consumer behavior, business ethics, and advanced language courses.
