History

In the 55th year of the Republic of China, the school cooperated with the country's economic construction and development, and established the "Electrical Engineering Department" to recruit junior college students.

 

In 72, the "Second College Training Department" was added to provide opportunities for on-the-job training in the Hsinchu area.

 

In 86, the school was restructured into "Ming Institute of Technology", renamed "Department of Electrical Engineering", and established a four-technical education system.

 

In 88, the four-technical education system was added, and the enrollment of the five colleges was gradually suspended.

 

In 91, the name of the school was changed to "Ming Hsin University of Science and Technology".

 

In 92, the Master Class of the Institute was established.

 

So far, there are more than 8,000 alumni graduates, deeply rooted in industry and academia.
