Ms. Tracy Day from the Idaho Department of Commerce, along with a delegation of 19 people including representatives from six top Idaho universities, the Science and Technology Commission, Micron Technology, and the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance, visited Ming-Shin's "Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Production Line".
