The Center for Bilingual Education (CBE) was officially established in August 2023 as a dedicated institution focused on providing bilingual education for vocational college students and faculty. During the years 2021-2022, we initiated a bilingual outreach program, gradually promoting bilingual education over a two-year period. This initiative aimed to lay a solid foundation for students' English language skills and workplace-specific English, while also providing teacher training for bilingual educators and fostering a teacher community. Our efforts have been directed toward nurturing bilingual and cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills.
